Further Mr. Jashandeep Singh Continue to be Non-executive director of the Company. His resignation from the post of Managing Director has been accepted by the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today i.e. Tuesday December 19 20232. Mr. Sitaram Dhulipala who is currently serving as Whole-time Director of the Company has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. December 20 2023. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on today i.e. Tuesday December 19 2023 based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
