Modern India: Delisting Offer Letter Along With Bid Form And Securities Transfer Form

We state that Offer Letter along with Bid Form and Securities Transfer Form from Promoters/ Acquirers is dispatched to all public shareholders on April 16 2021 whose names appeared in the Register of Members as on the specified date - April 09 2021. Soft copy of the same was also sent as an attachment to email on April 15 2021 to all those shareholders whose email ids are registered with Registrar to the offer.
A copy of the said Offer Letter along with Bid Form and Securities Transfer Form is attached.
