- Adopted the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and authorised Mr. Satish Bhangar, Managing Director of the Company to sign, enter and execute the amended Listing Agreement under said Regulations and the same shall be forwarded to BSE.
