1. To read & confirm the minutes of todays Shareholders / Investor Grievance Committee Meeting, Nomination & Remuneration Committee Meetings, & Audit Committee Meetings.
2. To discussed and approve the Form No. MBP-1 (Notice of Interest Director) received from all Directors pursuant to section 184 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013.
