LEEL Electricals
In pursuance of Regulation 30 read with sub-clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ("Listing Regulations") the 1st Meeting of Committee of Creditors of LEEL Electricals Limited was conducted on Friday 12"* June 2020 at 3:00 P.M. by way of video conferencing.
During the meeting the matters which were required to be voted upon has been deferred for voting by electronic means.
