We wish to inform you that the Company has entered into a long-term supply contract with a Japanese multinational customer for international supply of a speciality chemical product manufactured by the Company. The said contract has a firm committed aggregate contract value of approximately Rs. 108 crores over a period of two years.With the aforesaid contract the Company has confirmed order book of above Rs. 200 crores.
