for the financial year ended 31st March 2018 which have been approved by the Audit Committee and Board of Directors in their respective meetings held on 28th May 2018 as per format prescribed.

This is to further inform you that the said Auditors Report is not qualified and is an unmodified opinion. However, Auditors has given an Emphasis of Matter, which is reproduced herein below:

We draw your attention to Note 36 to the Ind AS financial statements with regard to the Joint Inspection Teams observations pursuant to the directions of the National Green Tribunal (NGT). The Management has assessed that the Company continues to comply with all currently applicable pollution norms. The financial impact, if any, in respect of this matter, is presently not ascertainable. Our opinion is not qualified in respect of this matter.
