In pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 read with Schedule III of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 the Board has considered approved and noted the following matter: 1. Appointment of Mr. Vikramsingh Rajpurohit (having DIN - 11219162) as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company who shall hold office from August 1 2025 to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company and subject to the approval of the Members. . Accordingly we hereby affirm that Mr. Vikramsingh Rajpurohit being appointed as Independent Director is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such Authority.
