Blue Pearl Texspin Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2015 to, inter alla, Consider and approve the Company?s Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2015.
In terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from July 15, 2015 to August 14, 2015, i.e. from the fifteenth day of the month following the quarter till 42 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the Meeting.
