Nutraplus India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 30, 2016, inter alia, to transact following business :
1. To Consider and approve the conversion of Warrants held by Mr. Mukesh Naik, Mr. Uday Desai and Mrs. Gita Naik into equivalent number of Equity Shares.
2. Adoption of Policies and Codes as per statutory provisions.
Further in accordance with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and all other persons covered under the Code of the Company from March 26, 2016 till April 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on April, 02 2016.
