The Board of Directors at their meeting held today inter - alia have considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June 2019 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
We enclose the above mentioned Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors.
