Multibase India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled on November 08, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2016.
Further, in compliance with Code of Conduct framed by the Company for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 03, 2016 till November 10, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the Directors and Designated Persons of the Company including their immediate relatives and such other persons to whom the Code is applicable.
