This is in continuation to our letter dated 30th December, 2017 submitting the Voting results of the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on Saturday, 30th December, 2017. We Submit that there has been the following typographical errors:-
a) In the Resolution No. 4, 5 & 6 the number of votes polled by the promoter and promoter group has been mentioned as 23302245 votes in the Poll category instead of 23551081 votes in the E - Voting Category.
b) In the Resolution No.4, 5 & 6 the total number of votes polled has been specified as 23917370 instead of 24089291.
The Corrected Voting result is submitted again. However, it may be noted that the Scrutinizers Report submitted captures the correct information and the rectification is being carried out only in the Voting Results.
