IP Rings: Closure of Trading Window

In accordance with the Companys code to regulate monitor and report trading by insiders the "Trading Window" would remain closed for Promoters Directors Designated persons Immediate relatives and other connected persons of the Company from October 01 2025. The trading window will open 48 hours after declaration and dissemination of the said financial results to the stock exchange. The closure is in connection with declaration of financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ending September 30 2025.
