Rolcon Engineering Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 08, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share of face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating Rs. 13.61 Lakhs (including Corporate Dividend Tax of Rs. 2.27 Lakhs) for the year ended March 31, 2015.
