The 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on Thursday November 19 2020 at 11.30 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) / other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Company while conducting the meeting has complied with the applicable MCA Circulars SEBI Circulars in view of the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic.
