This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading as amended from time to time the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Tomorrow i.e. Thursday September 30 2021 till 48 (Forty-eight) hours after the declaration of unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended September 30 2021.
Accordingly all the insiders (including designated Persons) and their immediate relatives and others who have come in to the receipt of any insider information as to agenda of the meeting either accidently or otherwise are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of trading window as stated above.
