Modern India: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Open Offer - Updates

Please refer our letter dated April13 2021 wherein we had submitted a copy of Public Announcement which was made in accordance with Regulation 10 (1) of the Delisting Regulations in respect of the Delisting Offer by Shree Rani Sati Investment & Finance Private Limited Sarat Leasing & Finance Private Limited and F. Pudumjee Investment Company Private Limited(Promoters/ Acquirers)
Further to the above announcement we state that Offer Letter along with Bid Form and Securities Transfer Form from Promoters/ Acquirers isdispatched to all public shareholders on April 16 2021 whose names appeared in the Register of Members as on the specified date - April09 2021. Soft copy of the same was also sent as an attachment to email on April 15 2021 to all those shareholders whose email ids are registered with Registrar to the offer.
A copy of the said Offer Letter along with Bid Form and Securities Transfer Form is attached.
