Olympic Cards: Announcement Under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Updates (Intimation Regarding Full Repayment Of Bank Loan Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2025 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform that based on the necessary approvals already accorded by the Board of Directors and Shareholders we have sold the property of the Company at Kannigaiper Village for a total consideration of Rs. 18.00 Crores on 5th November 2025 to clear the over due amounts to the Banks and financial institutions Statutory Dues payable to various authorities and long-pending dues payable to the suppliers. Buyer is not a Related Party within the meaning of the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations 2015.
