This is in continuation to our previous disclosures regarding the CIRP of Baron Infotech Limited.We wish to inform you that pursuant to the approval of the Resolution Plan by HOnble NCLT Hyderabad Bench-II videits order dated. Sep 8 2026 in IA(IBC)(Plan)/03/2026 the Monitoring Committee("M.C.") has been consituted with the Resolutin Professional as Chairperson and one representative from the CoC and one representative from Innopark (India) Pvt Ltd. Successful Resolution Applicant ("SRA") as its members.The 1st meeting of Monitoring Committee is convened on Saturday September 12 2026 @ 11.00 am to take note of the orders of Honble NCLT dt.September 8 2026 and to consider discuss and take various administrative decisions in the process of implementation of the Resolution Plan which inter alia include taking note of the receipt of CIRP costs and claim amount due to Creditors from the SRA.You are requested to take the above information on record.
