The Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held today i.e. on June 24 2020 has approved the followings:
1) Approval of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter as well as for the Financial Year ending March 31 2020 and the Auditors Reports (copies enclosed)
We confirm having submitted the Auditors Report with unmodified opinions and the Financial Results for the period ending March 31 2020 as per the format prescribed in Schedule III of the Companies Act 2013.
