With reference to the above we hereby submit that the Board of Directors (the Board) of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on 13th February 2026 approved the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The said Un-Audited Financial Results prepared in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 together with the Limited Review Report (LRR) are enclosed. These results are also being uploaded on the Companys website at www.mkproteins.in.The Meeting commenced at 03:30 P.M. and concluded at 04:00 P.M.
