1. Approved the change of name of the Company to Nutricircle Limited as reserved by the Registrar of Companies, Telangana.
2. Approved to convene an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of members on February 09, 2015 at the Regd. Office and approved the draft Notice thereof.
3. Appointed Mr. Hitesh M. Patel - Mg. Director as Functional Director Mr. Ajaya S Shrivastava, Practicing Company Secretary as Scrutinizer for conducting the Electronic Voting for the Special resolution proposed to be passed.
