The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 23rd May 2025 has approved the appointment of M/s. T Chatterjee & Associates Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 years from Financial Year 2025-26 to 2029-30 subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
