Oberoi Realty Ltd has informed BSE that the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 will be declared in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Further the Company inform that in view of the foregoing and in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company, the Trading Window will be closed for the period from July 1, 2016 till 2 (two) Trading Days after the date on which the said financial results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges.
