The Company has redeemed total 550 unlisted unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures(NCDs) of face value Rs. 1 00 000/- each aggregating to Rs. 5 50 00 000/-(Rupees Five Crore Fifty Lakh Only) on March 18 2026. The principal along with the applicable interest has been duly paid to the NCD holders through RTGS on the same date.
