This is with reference to the query raised by your good office seeking additional details pursuant to SEBI Circular date November 14 2024 in relation to the Corporate Announcement filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 regarding change in Director. We wish to inform you that the Company had submitted the Outcome of Board Meeting on 14th November 2025. However the attachment relating to appointment of Director was inadvertently not annexed with the said Outcome. Hence we are filing this revised Board meeting outcome.
