We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has, in its Meeting held on February 27, 2018, approved and took on record the IND-AS compliant un-audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for:
(i) the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017; and
(ii) the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017.
The Copies of the abovementioned financial results along with the Limited Review Reports submitted by M/s. M. M. Parikh & Co., Statutory Auditors of the Company have been submitted separately vide our letters dated February 27, 2018 bearing reference number TI/BSE/COMP/17-18/57 and TI/BSE/COMP/17-18/58 respectively.
Please take note that the Meeting commenced at 12.15 p.m. and concluded at 06.35 p.m.
