Triliance Polymers Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter ended 30th September 2025.Further as intimated to the Exchange vide Letter dated 26th September 2025 and in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter ended 30th September 2025
