Lippi Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Company intends to convene the Board meeting on January 06, 2014 to consider the agenda on delisting of equity shares of the Company from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Limited. The equity shares of the Company would continue to be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange Limited ('BSE') i.e. stock exchange having nationwide trading terminals.
