Pursuant to Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we enclose hereto, for your information and record, the audited standalone Financial Results of the Company for the half year and year ended March 31, 2017, duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on May 08, 2017 which was commenced at 1.00 P.M. and concluded at 3.20 P.M., along with declaration pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. We also submit herewith Audit Report dated May 08, 2017, issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, on the said standalone Financial Results respectively of the Company, which were duly placed before the Board at the aforesaid meeting.
