Ruby Mills Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Heena Jaysinghani tendered her resignation from the office of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer - Whole-Time Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from the closing of working hours of July 23, 2016.
Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary, Ms. Heena Jaysinghani also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
