This is to inform that in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Companys Insider trading policy and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Designated Persons from 16th December 2020 in view of the publication of the Financial Results of the Company for the Third quarter/ Nine months ending 31st December 2020.
The trading window will open two trading days after the declaration of the above referred financial results to the Stock Exchange.
