Appointment of Shri Ashish Dhawan as an Independent Director for a First Term of 5 years wef 19 June 2026; and2. Appointment of Ms Shanti Ekambaram as an Independent Director for a First Term of 5 years wef 19 June 2026The Notice of Postal Ballot/ E-voting is proposed to be sent tomorrow i.e. on 31st July 2026 to all Members whose names appear in Register of Members/ List of Beneficial owners as on 24th July 2026 being the cut-off date.The E-voting shall commence on 1st August 2026 Saturday at 8:30 am and shall end on 30th August 2026 Sunday at 5:00 pm.
