Mr. Annasaheb dhondiba more DIN 08861721 vide his letter dated march 9 2026 has tendered his resignation as independent director of the company with the effect of close of business hours due to personal and unavoidable circumstances.On the recommendation of nomination and remuneration committee the BOD of the company at its meeting held on march 9 2026 has inter alia considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Sangramsinh Subhashrao Nimbalkar DIN 00508548 as additional independent director of the company who shall hold office for a period of five consecutive years with effect from march 9 2026 subject to the approval of the shareholders.
