ACC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on February 03, 2017, inter alia, has recommended payment of a final dividend at the rate of Rs. 6/- (Rupees Six only) per Equity share of Rs. 10/- each. The total dividend for the year 2016 (including interim dividend of Rs. 11/- per share paid in August 2016) stands at Rs. 17/- per share as compared to total dividend of Rs. 17/- per share paid in 2015.
