Shelter Infra Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received demand of Rs. 6437850/- for the assessment year 2013-14 (Financial Year - 2012-13) from DCTI, Income Tax, Kolkata on March 28, 2016.
Further Company disputed the demand in totality and planning to file petition in front of higher authority of Income tax.
