The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today inter-alia approved the unaudited financial results (UFR) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2022. The Limited Review Report (LRR) thereon received from the Statutory Auditors of the company were placed at the said meeting.
