As per Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we enclose herewith the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended
September 30 2022 along with the Limited Review Reports thereon submitted by the Statutory Auditors which were approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. December 06 2022.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 3.00 p.m. and concluded at 5.30 p.m. The copy of the press release is also enclosed herewith.
