Britannia Industries: Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. 10th February 2026 have approved the appointment of Ms. Sona Rajora (ICSI Membership No.: A35468) as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from 11th February 2026.
