Rishiroop Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd Quarter/ Half year ended September 30, 2015.
Further, in accordance with Company?s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Companys shares will remain closed for all designated employees, including the Directors of the Company, from November 04, 2015 to November 10, 2015 (Both days inclusive).
