This is to inform you that pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window will remain closed from 1st April 2020 until the expiry of 48 hours after the date on which the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2020 are communicated to the Stock Exchanges.
