PAE: Prior Intimation With Regard To Inter-Se Transfer Of Shares Among Promoters

With reference to above mentioned subject this is to inform you that Pratibha A. Doshi being a part of Promoter Group of PAE Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) intend to acquire 7 00 000 (6.72 %) equity shares of the Company by way of purchase through Open Market from Arvind R. Doshi being a part of Promoter Group of PAE Ltd.The above transaction is an inter-se transfer of shares in terms of Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of SEBI(SAST) Regulations 2011. Consequent to the above transfer the equity shareholding of Pratibha A. Doshi in the Company will increase from 16 95 656 shares (16.27 %) to 23 95 656 shares (22.99%).The aggregate shareholding of Promoter and Promoter Group before and after the aforesaid inter-se transfer shall remain same.In this connection the necessary disclosure under Regulation 10(5) for the aforesaid transaction in the prescribed format received from Pratibha A. Doshi is enclosed herewith for your kind information and records.
