Jauss Polymers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 11, 2013, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Mr. Debasish Bhattacharya and Mr. Kamal Singh Mehra, Director of the Company has tendered his resignation from the position of Directors of the Company effective from October 11, 2013. Board accepted his resignation with immediate effect.
2. Mr. Krishnaswamy Mohanraj Madurai is appointed as Additional Director of the Company with effect from October 11, 2013 subject to the approval of Shareholders.
3. M/s. BGJC & Associates, Chartered Accountants is appointed as Statutory Auditor of the Company in place of M/s. V. K. Dhingra & Co. for the Financial Year 2013-14 subject to the approval of Shareholders.
