Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including Promoters, Directors and Key Managerial Persons (KMPs) of the Company from 1st August 2017 and will reopen 48 hours after the results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 are made public in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
