Olympic Cards: Results-Financial Results For December 31 2025

In pursuance of Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 we attaching herewith the textual matter of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/nine months ended 31st December 2025 which is scheduled for publication in (i) "Makkal Kural"- in Tamil (ii) "Business Standard- in English". Please note that the results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by our Board of Directors at their meeting held on Thursday 12th February 2026. We also enclosed a copy of the Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. The Board of Directors also have approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/nine months ended 31st December 2025.
