The Exchange has sought clarification from Cipla Ltd on November 18 2019 with reference to news appeared in www.moneycontrol.com dated November 18 2019 quoting "Wockhardt: Cipla Dr Reddys Labs Carlyle & Asian Investment Fund PAG are in the fray to acquire select business segments of the company said sources."
The reply is awaited.
