Global Offshore Services: Demand Notice Issued By The Garware Offshore Services Limited ('The Company') Demanding Payment Of Rs. 3 04 59 761.44 Plus Interest Under The Insolvency And Bankruptcy Code 2016 To Afcons Infrastructure Limited

1. In view of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that Afcons Infrastructure Limited - a company listed with the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) had entered into a Charterparty dated 24.04.2026 to take one of the Companys vessels on charter for a period of 75 days w. e. f. 18.05.2026. The Company states that Afcons Infrastructure Limited has defaulted in payment of inter alia charter hire (for July 2026) catering expenses and demobilization fees which remain long overdue.2. As a result the Company has through its Advocate issued a Demand Notice / Invoice under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 to Afcons Infrastructure Limited for the outstanding amount of Rs.3 04 59 761.44 plus interest totalling to Rs 3 16 20 074.44 (upto 28.09.2026).
