This is to further inform that pursuant to the Companys Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015; the trading window for all persons of the Company including Directors Key Managerial Personnel designated persons and their immediate relatives other officers and dependents shall continue to remain closed till Sunday February 16 2020.
