The Seventeenth Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday 28th September, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at J.P. Hotel and Resorts, 6B Patparganj I.P. Extension, NH-24, Behind CNG Petrol Pump, New Delhi-110092.

Further, in terms of the Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, it is informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, 22nd September, 2018, to Friday 28th September, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and determining the members eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2017-18.
